Using a Skyward Strike to mow down entire fields of grass from a distance felt cool.

For me Minish Cap. The great spin attack is a lot of fun and you can find a lot of kinstones there. So it‘s very useful as well

Twilight Princess was unique in a way that it was the only Link that could actually run and cut grass at the same time lol

Wind Waker. I like the long grass getting cut down to size plus being able to cut trees down is fun.

Hard to pick a specific standout, but any Zelda title with Hurricane Spin (called Whirlwind sword attack in ALttP GBA, and Great Spin Attack in Minish Cap, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom). Something feels great cutting all that grass in a single attack. Likewise, it is also perhaps even more so in games were Sword Beam also cuts through grass. The DS titles + A Link Between Worlds also do this. And in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, the Master Sword can also do this as can the Windcleaver.

Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks purely because using the stylus to cut grass is fun compared to the other (2D) games
