Under the trees i want to sit or lay down, look up the green trees, the blue heaven, hear the birds chirp or the simple sounds of the wood and calm down. It is pretty👍

Beautiful. Very symbolic to look up & out as we hibernate and/or get hung up. It’s reminder there’s more to life on the outside. I’m extremely dissociative thru meditation started that practice to look up at sky & out to horizon it works. Can’t wait to read book
