Appreciate all of your content very much Dr Moran.. even with people like you spreading all of this helpful knowledge, most people still buy into the mainstream narratives and refuse to believe that there's the SLIGHTEST CHANCE they could be wrong. It's much easier to hold onto the unhealthy lifestyle and rely on pills and medications rather than put any level of effort into changing for the better. Sad state of affairs when we put more effort into taking care of our cars then our bodies. Thank you again for all you do!💯💪💪

Medicine with Dr. Moran
This video shows you how to tell if you are healthy. It is based upon an often quoted study on what percentage of Americans are healthy. I reviewed the factors that tell a person’s metabolic health including blood pressure, waist circumference, glucose control, lipids, medications amongst other things. https://youtu.be/klwwN6KDBDc
Got afib? This is one of the most through videos I've made! It's 17:29! https://youtu.be/TYEeRzUoy04 This tutorial, atrial fibrillation tells you how to prevent this heart rhythm abnormality. This common medical condition causes palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, fatigue and lightheadedness. The video describes all the lifestyle changes that have been shown in medical studies to prevent atrial fibrillation and reduce palpitations. These include weight management, physical exercise, treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, optimization of cholesterol or lipid values, normalization of blood pressure, salt reduction, optimal glucose or sugar control, avoid certain stimulants, reduce emotional stress or anxiety, treat underlying heart disease and quitting smoking. Treatment of these underlying factors are underutilized in practice but markedly reduce episodes of atrial fibrillation.
