Group policy. It's not everyone at the company I would image. When a Department heads and executives try loging on after hours and get denied I can guarantee someone is getting called and someone may be getting fired if not reprimanded. Like someone putting out a policy to update computers once updates come out and then updates get installed in the middle of a meeting. I get it, and sounds like a good idea, but group IMO group policies are more practical.
