This is the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life outside of pregnancy….. but I have a plan! I have to lose about 30lbs…… I can do it! FYI this weight gain is NOT from poor eating choices , it’s from medication that I can’t afford not to take….. I’m researching natural remedies and I have tried many but everything doesn’t work for everyone and depending on what’s causing it …. That’s a huge factor also.
