Did you watch the Castle Town teaser that RwanLink published few days ago ? RwanLink decided to try a new visual style for this animation. He actually found his inspiration in Studio Ghibli ! I wanted to challenge myself for this project. Joe Hisashi is an amazing composer who composed several scores for Ghibli Studio. I would like to pay tribute to him. It means to compose with a full orchestra : woodwind, brass, percussion, strings and of course…using the piano 😊
I listened to a lot of Joe Hisashi music as Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, The Castle in the Sky, La Puta, etc. It’s so cool to combine this music style with Zelda music. I also don’t forget to add my own musical touch of course !
The video release is settled on November 21 ! You can watch the teaser here to see the visual and also hear a small part of the music that will be in the animation !
