Lisa- in the Dominican Republic we combine ramen (fideos ), with rice. We usually eat it with stew chicken or as is. But a fried or scrambled eggs also works ! Love your channel!

Heya. I saw you had maggi curry from Malaysia. I would recommend you try it … it’s a soup based noodle that can be fried as well depending on how you like it. If you’re a beginner I’d suggest trying it just as it is with soup consistency. Add in a boiled egg with vegetables of your choice. I’m from a Malaysia and we have bok choy , other leafy Green veg , sometimes other form of protein .. with bird eye chilies :) it’s especially comforting on a cold day.

Lisa! I love watching your ramen challenge videos and here’s what I usually do with my ramen! I have the chicken Mighty Mike’s ramen so I take out the noodles and boil it with the oil and seasoning packet. Then, when the noodles are starting to separate, I add in half of the seasoning packet from my Shin Ramyun ramen, and I also add the dried vegetables with it too. Then, I go ahead and I crack an egg on top of the noodles and I stir around it so I dont break the egg (kind of like you’re poaching the egg). I don’t really determine how long the egg cooks but I usually cook it until it’s a little firm on the outside (i usually tap it a little using my chopsticks). Optional: While cooking the egg, you can spoon some broth and put it on the eggs. Then, after I’m sure my egg is done, I turn the heat off and add a little bit of sesame oil, cayenne pepper, and some green onions! I like eating my ramen with the broth because the broth is both extremely rich and a little spicy due to the shin ramyun seasoning and the cayenne pepper! I hope you try this recipe out and enjoy!!

i have an instant ramen idea if you’re interested! when i make noodles i make a big pot’s worth (which is about 2 packs full), but you can adjust to 1 pack if that’s too much for you. this works best for nissin ramen, but you can use whichever brand you’d like. - start by boiling your eggs, i usually use 3. - take your boiled eggs out and let them cool (of course). - in that same pot you boiled your eggs, add your ramen to the water and let it boil. - while your ramen is boiling, you’re going to want to prep any sort of meat/fish you’d desire (personally i always use salmon filets with skin). if you want to use the same, i use black & white peppercorns, pink himalayan salt OR garlic salt, onion blend, old bay, minced garlic, italian seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning & lemon juice to season. if you’re using any other type of meat/fish, use your recommended seasonings if you wish. - once the noodles are fully cooked, drain about 75% of the water and pour in the seasoning packet that came with the noodles & let the noodles simmer in that for about 5 minutes. after that, use the same seasonings you did for your protein and add them to the pot, stir and let it sit for 2 more minutes. - i personally drain the water but you can leave it if you’d like. assemble & enjoy! hope you like it! you can add or take away anything you’d like! and anyone can try!

I would love to see you try crunchy ramen noodles chat Recipe: Crush the uncooked ramen noodles (making sure that they are edible raw) Add assortment of veggies like onion tomatoes cucumber chillis also can add boiled chickpea (optional) Add spices: salt peper chat masala (if you have it ...it's yum) Add lemon juice Coriander leaf for topping and you're done PS: if you have wai wai noodles then this recipe can be found on their website (wai wai noodles work best for it because the uncooked noodles are pre seasoned)

How was this recipe? Without spoiling, how hard was the recipe? Is this your own idea or was it inspired?

Something simple that I love to do is crush the noodles directly from the package on top of a salad instead of croutons. For fun, you could probably make a good vinaigrette using the seasoning packet!
