A "me" week, everyone has a four week break to have time to themselves and family, which could also be used to take care of mental health struggles or just to give yourself some much needed time off, and they are on paid leave if they have a job

Lend-a-hand Day. People who are restricted in their mobility could submit requests of something they may need done whether to their homes or for them and on this day those who would participate, we'd try to fulfill as many of those requests as we could to show love, concern and empathy for our fellow mankind.

Appreciate the elderly day. We visit elderly people stuck in homes and hospitals, bring our kids/pets/food etc. and just spend time with them. Share stories, jokes, just listen to them. My mother lives in an elderly community and the majority of them were alone on Christmas Day. That hurt my heart.
