Thank you for your work over time to bring us all these videos from some of the best motoring times and vehicles from the recent past, I was actively involved in the motor trade from 1990 to 2010 and remember these cars when first launched and second hand values 10 years later at auction, these were the best times for being in the motor trade unlike today’s problems vehicles and being pushed down the electrification worm hole which has its uses but is definitely not the long term solution, please carry on if you can and I’ve just subscribed if that helps the channel.

ROVR… your videos bring so much joy. Whether that equates to the amount of effort you put in, I don’t know, but from this subscriber, please don’t quit.

That’s so very sad to hear but fully understand your position. Thank you for everything you’ve uploaded in the past. That’s several videos that I watch over and over again connected with Rover training.

As sad as this is to hear, I completely understand your reasoning and know you have my full support. Thank you for all the content you have posted over the years and I’m hoping for a positive outcome in the future. Ad blocker fully engaged too 😉

It staggers me some of the absolute first rate garbage they do monetise Yet interesting, informative, educational and genuinely entertaining channels like this get treated so badly. I just don't get it!

Sorry to hear this but I understand. I am supporting more channels on Patreon but there is a limit to how many I can help as otherwise it starts mounting up fast.

Please don't stop. We can learn many things from these videos. I've played the ads in your vids only because I knew thus I could support you.

ROVR
As some of you have commented on. For the first time since this channel was created there have not been regular weekly uploads.
Google, in their remorseless efforts to squeeze yet more money out of channel owners have decided recently that archival / preservation channels such as this one are no longer eligible for monetisation. Despite having no issue for the best part of a decade before.
We have successfully appealed this decision twice in the last few months only to be removed from the scheme again a few days later.
Financially the monetisation is not a significant amount, however it did help contribute towards the costs of finding, procuring and shipping these videos from all over the globe.
As a result the incentive to dedicate time and effort to this channel is greatly diminished. This is by no means goodbye. But other projects will now take priority.
We thank you all for your kind words and comments over the years.
and if you aren't using an adblocker already. Consider it.
