To be honest Hugo you didn’t ask for a lot and for him as an actor if he wants to get away from the Trevor thing, he should be able to specify that he won’t do cameos with that specific character having said that I think it’s a con, and you should highly consider a refund

As much as we clowned on ned Luke for his "I don't do shout outs on cameo bro" at least he was upfront from the get go and refused the request whereas this was just a grown man who took your money, basically disputed the biggest role of his career and then acted like he did a good job. Again, as most of mentioned if he's not comfortable doing Trevor related cameos then he should have a disclaimer but dude obviously needs the money

I think you’re right about him appearing annoyed and wanting to distance himself from the character of Trevor. I’d say it’s in part he wants to be taken seriously and associating with Trevor may be a little extreme for companies to be apart of. Granted it’s definitely his most popular role he’s ever had. He wasn’t able to deliver the message in a satisfactory manner and berated you saying things like “I don’t even know what that’s in reference to” and such. I would be pissed if I spent $140+ for 2 minutes of someone time just to be given something I personally wasn’t satisfied with. If Steven Ogg didn't want to do it, he could've denied it and it could've been ok. That video submission wasn't worth the money if all he did was express his distaste in one of his characters. He can feel how he wants about the Trevor character, but what he did was bad on a business end, so one star in my opinion.

2 stars because he did what he was requested anyway but if you edit the ranting out maybe 3-4 stars, and 5 stars if he actually executed it like Trevor. And oh man, IF he not only became a dick about it and also fails to meet your commission then it is totally 1 star, but nonetheless I'd say 2 stars is probably the safest(?) rating.

i would argue you didn’t ask for a lecture on the concept of fictional characters for dummies, so id be asking for a refund to be honest. that vid was uncomfortable and plain awkward to watch. it’s not hard to put a disclaimer or refuse a request
