waking up early mostly because of my dumb habit of desperately trying to fit too much stuff in one day and staying up late. now come to think of it I probably have a bigger problem with my planning and time management 🤔 I guess I just discovered something and this comment was quite therapeutic, thank you ❤

I don't have to worry about waking up early. My bladder tells me when it's ready to wake up (it's usually 5am!), can't get back to sleep after that

Seeing the good in every bad situation. Having a growth mindset through every difficult time in life, making decisions even if it’s not the right one, and naturally attracting good people to my life.

Social media has been perfectly designed for being addicting. That purple orange color of ig, the introduction to reels and stories, bro literally everything has been set for taking all our time. Because that’s how they make money

My sleep is the hardest thing. I think everything else could fall into place if I could just get that right😞

Woke up at 5:00 and took the dog to the park, went to the gym, made a protein shake and an Omelette, all so i can smoke dabs on the couch all day and enjoy my retirement

I want to wake up early for the sunrise So Badly! But.. I also love to sleep in and am addicted to staying up super late. As much as I want to reverse this, and sometimes do for about a week, I cannot stick to it. I seriously need help.. I’ve never struggled with motivation in any other area.. It feels pathetic.

Where's the option for *all of the above*? Apart from waking up early
