Pay is based on prior experience. Having a “Entry level” management position means they will take the right person and train them heavily and mold them into the position. As a manager your responsibilities are the one thing you can NOT delegate. You must be able to manage all four aspects of business. Managers should understand and have the ability to be all aspects of a general staff.

In my country u need to be -good looking -can work under pressure -minimum 5 years experience -maximum age 25 -single -have master degree -can do overtime without pay -can do water air earth and fire bending -can cure cancer -can solve world hunger -can control weather And many more unrelated stuff for a minimum wage job
