What if you showed up authentically this week? 👇🏾
No edits. No filter. No emotional armor.
At first, it’s terrifying. You’ve been performing for so long it became instinct. Not always to deceive people, mostly to protect yourself. But you’ve curated your personality to keep people comfortable… to avoid judgment… to appear strong.
This week I want you to give it a shot…
Speak without rehearsing.
Cry without translating it into a lesson.
Let a moment pass without narrating it in your mind.
And if you’re really feeling adventurous… admit you don’t have it all together.
And watch how nothing breaks.
You don’t fall apart. Life doesn’t punish you.
Instead… you soften your grip on life a bit. You stop clinging as tight.
You realize that all this time, the exhaustion wasn’t from life itself… it was from managing how you were perceived in life.
The constant need to explain. To adjust. To be liked. To be safe. It was never life that demanded any of that.
It was all your fear.
And once that fear finally quiets down, something magical happens.
You feel real.
You stop bending to the energy in the room.
You stop shrinking to maintain peace.
You stop performing like a puppet.
You start living.
