I rewatched ep 3 recently for the first time in years and even absolutely knowing that he turns in this movie, I was still so hoping he wouldn't.

Going to see this again tonight. It will be so nice to see good star wars on the big screen where it is meant to be.

I had an idea for a choose your own adventure movie since I was a kid, where during certain parts of a movie you would be given a menu option to choose different story arcs. I had that idea as soon as DVDs replaced VHS and we had a digital medium with menus you could interact with I knew they could implement it just like in the kids books. I even had the idea for implementing it at a movie theater with a voting system, so you could go back in the theater and watch the same movie multiple times and see new stuff depending on who you saw it with. It would make movies more like RPG games. There is one movie though that I thought the ending was sad only because I misinterpreted it as a kid then watched it later as an adult and realized it was actually the happy ending. That was Multiplicity. For some reason as a kid I thought Michael Keaton's wife wound up divorcing him at the end, but then I was pleasantly surprised when I watched it again as an adult and realized that she actually stayed with him at the end.

No no no, but he's different, it will be different this time! No really, it's different. After this, he turned, and I cried

My feelings when I watch this movie are summarized best by Obi-Wan when he says, "No Anakin!"

That battle was lost a long time ago when Anakin struck the Tuskens down in anger, it was only a matter of time after that.

If not for this post, I wouldn't be able to watch it in the cinema. It will be showing only once, in one theater, and in just a few days. Surprisingly, Mummy will be there for at least 4 weeks

We aren't far from simply asking an ai to generate this version of the movie.
