For me kisuke is superior to Gremy due to the fact that he can create something that he couldn't imagine. Same for mayoruri, witch is one of my dreams battle. An overthinking battle that I expect Urahara to win because of the speed action from both bankais. And after all Uryu came from 0 to 100 real quickly, but the old captain has much more experience in combat and way more weird tactics that would give him a huge advantage
