You have no idea how much these work outs mean to me. They make me feel like I can do something and even though I've fallen off the wagon a few times you always give me that push to try again. The fact that they are easily done at home and free gives me zero excuses especially when I'm struggling with depression and I'd rather be alone. Thank you and thank you for being real and encouraging

I am still doing Chloe Ting exercises for abs since early this year. Totally works. Her routine makes me sweat a lot. Thanks CT. π Though at first, I was doing it in short counts. But if one follows it strictly, beware because your abs will out soon. ππ Bye bye stubborn bel

2nd day of the 2020 challenge. I can't sit on the toilet and everything hurts but today was easier than my first day. No nausea today but the first day felt nausea for hours.

Chloe I have a huge thanks that I owe you for 3 years now. I cannot describe how your training helped me out from the deepest place I was. Overweight, depressed, post Partum, loses in the family, I had to cope with all of this, however my body could not. Unexplainably I have started to gain 2-2.5 pounds a day which was the point I needed an urgent help. I have medical background myself, I was seeking for help from doctors. Nobody cared and I could not explain it hat was going on with me. I have checked for exercises not just any. I checked feedbacks, and also I checked trainers who have understanding that overweight is not a choice. Anyways I found you. I did exercises for the 2 years straight. I have started to get in shape after a month. Losing weight was not the goal. Feeling well is was. Within 4 month I was from 168-170 lbs to 133 lbs. For last 1 year I am walking in the mornings for 1 hour. I have to say your trainings are the only one, the results did not change after stopping the exercise!!!! It is very important not to fall back!!!! I do not want to have my picture in internet. However I owe you a huge thanks for changing my life. This is a new year and my resolution for this year is to start it by being thankful and giving thanks π Thank you very much and good luck π
