Hello all! I've been in the kitchen this morning preparing meat for future meals as well as for my little dog. I cooked 1lb bacon, 1lb sausage, baked 8 chicken thighs, and cooked 2lbs organic ground beef. This helps me stay on track. What are you up to today? Stay well, and God bless!
