So honestly I'm hesitant to publish my OC novel even some part of me want🥹 especially it's a bit strange.. So what do you suggest? Because I definitely won't publish it if you don't care.. Also, what website or app do you recommend I publish it on :D

Writing a whole novel in your mind is so real. I have two full fantasy universes with about 20+ unique characters in each, and full stories and decent world development (I literally made a whole history for one, with multiple different things happening in different places because I love making things unnecessary complicated for myself) and I have written none of it down

I'm currently creating a webtoon. My oc doesn't actually posses much of an ability, it's more like a curse on him and he has to learn how to control it. But I haven't been able to work on it these days cz I'm super busy😭

Not sure if this is an OC so much as an idea but I did think of a hypothetical Special Division worker with the ability “How Do You Live?” (君たちはどう生きるか or “kimi tachi wa dō ikiru ka”), based on a novel by Genzaburō Yoshino written in 1937 of the same name. It follows both a teenage boy by the name Koperu in interwar Tokyo and alternates to letters from his uncle (who acts as his guiding grace in life). The uncle sends meaningful letters discussing views of life and the structures of society, with the novel ending with Koperu replying to his uncle, the decision that shapes his future made and set in stone. It’s quite the popular children’s book in Japan, as a way to subvert the old literary restrictions by imperial Japan, but it conveys a nice message. My “OC”’s ability allows people to look deep into their souls and relive memories thought to be important or life changing as a third-omniscient-point of view, which could either warp into something terrifying that the person has to overcome or remain the same for the person to reminisce. The person can only subtly try and overcome the conflict, just as Koperu’s uncle guided him through his letters. This way, there’s a way to self-reflect without becoming self-absorbed (if that makes sense). My OC wouldn’t be able to access these scenarios unless genuinely granted by the person or as a bystander to the memories. Otherwise my OC remains in a mind palace (preferably in the shape of a library. I would love for a library sub-dimension.) I imagine my OC’s job would be either torture or interrogation due to this unfortunately convoluted ability I’ve conjured but alas. I should probably think of a name for her soon. Maybe later.

Same here gng, I just wouldn’t publish mine because it has many details about my trauma I don’t want out there, maybe I could polish it and change up the lore a bit but im too lazy :P

My ocs name is Juno! She is from Saturn and has rings around her head she is named after the Roman goddess of Saturn! Her lore is she has sisters of the stars who are the goddesses of eternal dark and the sun. She was blessed as the goddess of Saturn. Saturn is home to the biggest population, which means it often gets Eclipse often gets jealous of this and will use Juno. Juno never knows what happened to her sister Maeve and is clueless to what eclipse has done. Juno is often perceived as clueless she knows nothing about earth, her planet Saturn is often raided and attacked by others her job as the guardian and goddess of Saturn is to keep her people safe and she will do anything she can to do just that. Juno’s ability is called “The Celestial Octave” which was haven to her by the Stars, This ability unlocks new powers within her rings floating around her head, there are 8 total powers, one for each planet. Juno now has three; “ Gravity manipulation which comes from earth, Solar healing, which comes from the sun; and of course Abyssal gate which was given to her by Pluto, Abyssal Gate is special it allows her to be able to talk to the stars. Pluto gave her this one before it was destroyed. She doesn’t like to talk about Pluto.. she tried her best to save it and now she only talks to Pluto through the stars.

I'm currently writing a fic about BSD, I have many OC's but my main focus is to write a logical backstory for characters whose pasts haven't been written yet (like Natsume, Hirotsu and Mori) based on my theories. (Moreover, characters like William Shakespeare and Haruki Murakami, who were mentioned in the light novels but weren't shown in the story, also have roles.)

I also have a BSD OC… well, you might think he has an ability, but he doesn’t. He DOES have a vital connection to Fyodor, however. The two pledged a vow as children, as they were very close. No one else knows of this eternal relationship… for now. ‘Misha… thou art my brother, my friend, my husband, and my son.’ They say that Misha was the sweetest soul, with the beauty of Lucifer and benevolence that surpasses God himself (or at least the perception of Him). …I don’t want to create a BSD OC for the sake of a one-dimensional character having an ability and being in love with a canon character being their only personality trait (yes, I’ve seen people pair their OCs with some Decay of Angels members, which just destroys the whole point of the canon character, and it personally ticks me off). I created Misha as a coping mechanism in life; he was born from MY OWN repressed trauma, and I had no idea then. And there you have it. Now I’m curious… what are your questions about Misha himself?

Yeah I once tried. I even wrote a whole notebook full. My ex bff wanted to see so I gave the notebook. But she showed it to her teacher saying I am some depressed kid who write depressing stories about her "little" academic pressure. and the whole class learnt about it and made fun of me and whenever the teacher saw me she be like "Are you okay, girl? Life is tough I know just try and everything will be fine " it was so embarrassing 😖
