Came across you back in February 2025. Was 90 kilos followed your protocols and started on march 1st and today 6 months later reached my overall goal of 69 kilos. Thank you it works , exercise by walking 6 days per week , first food about 12pm and last main meal at 3pm. I am 58 years old and been post menopausal for 15 years

I love this admonition! I have been listening and reading your book fast like a girl I have been doing 15-16 hr fasts and just today finished my first 40 hour fast! My blood sugar is down! I feel very proud! I am thankful for the hope that you have given me!

I started going to the gym in January. Lost 3 pounds of body fat until I started watching your podcast and implementing the 36 hour fast weekly in May.
