This is like soft overthinking. I tend to overthink why I'm overthinking for no apparent reason. š

Overthinking about random topics just striking my mind out of nowhere or just seeing a word related to it ...I will make a whole topic out of it ...my overthinking sometimes leads to anxiety ....I think it's due to my gut issues ig ...as brain and cut are interconnected but I m working to overcome it through meditation and mind relaxing technique ....idk but during winters my overthinking is at peak like every other topic I will overthink...idk but it peaks in winters

I have solution for overthinking... Try to speak what goes around at that vary movement in your mind (the overthinking or thinking) then you will see you stop thinking of anything or your mind will blank (no thought going around in your mind) while you try to speak

Imagine if we knew back then that other kids felt that way during attendance. I would have felt so much more normal and confident

Is this really the best solution? I've researched all I could, but I'm still not sure. Let me check again, and one more time before I completely decide that I have so much information, nothing makes sense. But I really need to decide and now I'm confused. Let me keep thinking about this because I don't know if I have all the information yet. Wait, am I writing this well enough? Great, now I have some ruminating to do. š Is it like this for anyone else

Snowballing. Thinking about reasonable stuff, then branches of possibilities I can either observe or think on. If I do think about them, usually I canāt stop with a few and it winds up as overthinking. Fixation on ideas over anything. Fun in small doses and can lead to epiphanies but christ
