Channel has been firing on all cylinders lately, loving this stuff. Can't watch almost anyone else's videos anymore, the commentary and thoroughness just isn't up to your standards on 99% of them. Not many youtubers would bother to play a game twice for a review.

Holy moly you're uploading a lot! Loved the other videos from that poll, curious about this one. I started playing Yakuza because of your content, and with 0. I've played through all the games in the series this past year. Twice. I might have a problem. Excited to hear your take on it, though.

Personally while I do love your Yakuza stuff, I really enjoy when you pull out stuff like Boiling Point, Neuro or Brigand. Because I'd never have come across them myself, but they are all fascinating in their own ways. Of course I will enjoy all sorts of things from you, when you have something to sink your writing teeth into. I mean EVO got discussions on the nature of evolution, a review of some classic pseudoscience, coverage on at least one cult; it was a rich full video. Sonic is gonna be interesting to see, because while it and Yakuza are both Sega affiliated series that are long running, they otherwise don't have a lot in common.

Love all your Yakuza videos so far I think I may have watched them for almost as long as I've spent playing through them each myself, I seriously hope your planning to cover the black sheep of the Yakuza series eventually, my favorite entry that seems to gets no love from anyone but me & one of me boys down in Texas, dead souls. I mean the epilogue where Majimas in the sweat house had me dying of laughter & the games full of great moments like that. Sure the controls are jank as hell & it's arguably busted until you at least unlock the ability to lock target but there's so much greatness in there it easily overshadows the questionable bits. Akiyama with dual pistols, Majima rolling with the shotty, Kiryu with a goddamn anti tank material rifle, & the mother ****ing Dragon of Kansai with a gattling gun arm ripped straight outta final fantasy 7.

Loved the NARC video, looking forward to the Sonic video, but I'm especially looking forward to Yakuza 0. I've been speculating how many hours Yakuza 0's video will be, my guess is 3 and a half.

Yoooo once I play the rest of the series I have to check your Yakuza series out. I actually beat Yakuza 0 a few days ago and loved it! I was intending to play Yakuza 1 first (ps2 version,) but my friend got me 0 and kimiwa so I had to prioritize 0. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on 0 honestly! I really loved it personally.

Honestly I'm excited. I wanted to see something more new and different from your usual videos (the usual videos that I love so much). I've been waiting for another 'ardnut gamer type video because I really loved that stupid video. Also man, we're at Yakuza 0 finally huh? I wonder what your thoughts on it are. As someone who has played the original 1 and 2, the Kiwamis and the other entries I gotta say... 0 is still probably in a special place in my heart as one of the few games that made me cry over a character death. And it's probably my favourite in the series (I haven't touched 7 or the spin offs Ishin and Kenzan. I have touched on the PSP exclusives tho). Y'know, I wonder if you are gonna talk about the spin offs if they ever come west.

Hey everyone, script for the next video is more or less finished (just needs refinements) and should hopefully be out later this month.
It's the last of the games from the poll I put up some months back, and it's a weird retrospective on Sonic's classic era. Playing Sonic 1, 2, CD, and 3&K with odd stipulations. It's partly about the games and part topic brought on by whatever gimmick I've picked. It'll be a bit different as far as my videos go but hopefully entertaining nonetheless.
I'll be upfront, this was initially meant to be a full franchise retrospective in one video, but I decided to split it into eras otherwise I'd be gone for a long time just capturing footage for all the games, and this'll let me adjust approach based on feedback from the first part.
Plus, after this video is Yakuza 0! I feel like we've had enough stuff in between that I haven't just bombarded people with nothing but Yakuza.
