For those out of the loop: My most recent video outlines modern Gnosticism and posits a sect called "Neo Valentinian Apocryphal Christianity." In short it is the belief that the human self is made up of three parts: the material, the mental, and the spiritual, and all three must be nourished by meditating on the 30 Aeons. The ultimate goal is to circumvent a fear of death, ego death, and oblivion. It also has moral elements such as pacifism, love, and violence. It is not necessarily literal.

I'm certainly interested in the potential parallels between NVAC and Buddhism.

I believe you said something along the line that there are 3 possibilities when you face the 3 deaths. Phase out of the universe, phase with God, or ascend with God. What if only one or two of the deaths are faced? Is there reincaration; if so, is there also a mortal scale i.e. sin?

What ARE Aeons specifically? Like you gave names and what they represented but I can't imagine them. Are they personified like Sophia, vague concepts, gods, just names, or steps in a path?

Could you elaborate on the nature of the dodecad, specifically Christ and Sophia?

Do you personally believe in it. I kind of got that impression from the end of the video

If there is a path that brings one to gnosis, is there a path that allows one to bring into the material world the gnosis and spread it to others or even the Demiurge itself?

From the comment explanation, it seems somewhat similar to buddhism But what differenciates the mental from the spiritual in their vision?

Could you give us a brief description of what that is exactly?

In this thread, ask me anything about Neo Valentinian Apocryphal Christianity and I will answer it in a future video.
