honestly, all of them. But I personally love going for a walk without my phone. It can truly reset your mind. Just let your mind do it's thing and not think about whatever you wanted to do.

For me, watching chill videos like Cafe Vlogs or playing chill games like animal crossing helps my brain cool down. Closing my eyes for a short nap and putting down my phone helps too. Hope you find your own way to rest the braincells!

Not sure about art but for me, whenever I hit a block studying or with music, I like to just do something that gives me time to decompress and think. I personally like to either sit in silence for 15-30 minutes, walk my dog, go to the gym, or just anything that you feel will help you with your mental health. There isn’t any one specific thing that will work for everyone so just find something that helps you disconnect yourself so you can take a breath and come back with a different perspective. There’s no shame in sleeping on something either as long as it’s not a habit.
