The more I learn about the health benefits of cold exposure and natural light the less sorry I feel for homeless people in the winter. They're out here cold maxxing, reaping mitochondrial benefits, and getting free money for it while Im forced to sit at my desk 8 hours a day, destroying my back and having my dopamine-reward circuitry ravaged by artificial blue light.

I’m yes, yes it is. Who would want an office job anyway? I mean, I do work at a job, but it’s an industrial job. Exercise. A job sitting all day would drive me crazy. I need to move to keep my blood flowing through the day. I remember before I had my job I’d have adventures through the city often, riding my bike around. Good times.
