HowNOT2

We recently added the Black Diamond Hydra ice tool to the site, and so far we are pretty impressed. It is designed to be super modular. We don’t carry all of the extra bits quite yet, but here is what each Hydra comes with out of the box:

✨4mm and 5mm hex wrenches
✨Extra handle spacer
✨Aluminum head weights

The Hydra comes equipped with heavier head weights installed, which make it very top heavy. You can swap in the lighter head weights with the 5mm wrench to your liking. It also comes with an extra handle spacer for those with big hands. The bottom of the handle can be removed with the 4mm wrench. One spacer is already installed in the handle, which can be removed for those smaller-handed folks.

Would you use this tool? Have you? Should we stock all of the extra blades, hammers, and accessories this tool is compatible with?

@Rock_Appreciator

What's the point of less adjusting the weight down on the head? For more delicate, fragile routes? Or just to save weight? This is really awesome though
