Devastating news about the attack in Russia. It’s a grim reminder of the ongoing threat of religious extremism. Your forthcoming book couldn’t be more relevant in addressing this pressing issue. We must rethink our approach to combating extremism, and ‘Statistic of One’ promises to contribute storytelling, along with smart, and valuable insights to that conversation in a way no one has. Thank you in advance for shedding light on this critical topic no one seems to want to address.

Hi Ray, Your reflection on the horrific ISIS-K attack against innocent lives not only brings to light the stark reality of global terrorism but also the inefficacy of security measures under both dictatorships and democracies alike. Your analysis delves deep into the notion that these terror groups, despite their different labels, stem from a singular, malignant ideology aiming for global domination through extremism. What stands out in the argument, and something I deeply resonate with, is the emphasis on combating these ideologies through education and dialogue, rather than mere force. The insight that extremist belief systems cannot be eradicated through violence alone but thrive in the absence of counter-narratives is a powerful one. You are right, it's not merely a battle of arms but of ideas. The narrative that "Islam is a religion of peace" or "piece", any religion for that matter, is nuanced and requires a thoughtful, informed debate, particularly from those within the community. Your upcoming book, "Statistic of One," is highly anticipated as a continuation of this crucial conversation. As I heard a little from you, It promises to be a significant contribution to the discourse on how we, as a global community, can confront and ultimately overcome the ideologies that fuel terrorism. I eagerly look forward to its release and the fresh perspectives it will undoubtedly bring to this vital discussion. Welcome, "Statistic of One." Your arrival is timely and needed. 🙏 Best Regard

Ray The Producer
The horrific ISIS-K attack against innocent Russian concert-goers is a sobering reminder that ISIS, and global Islamic terror are alive and well. Dictator Putin's police state failed to prevent the tragedy, the same way 'Mr. Security' Netanyahu failed to stop the October 7 attack by Hamas. What is beyond any doubt however, is that Hamas, ISIS, Al Qaeda, Al Shabab, Boko Haram, the Taliban and all their tumorous proxies are just different heads of the same evil jihadi hydra: they all want global domination by any means necessary. The only way to permanently defeat this toxic ideology, and all forms of religious extremism/nationalism is through ideas and education. You can only kill and jail so many fanatics, but the belief system survives and eventually thrives. The media NEEDS to give rationally critical X Muslims a platform (not Christian apologists or Hindutva stooges) because they are the only ones that can push back against the tired old 'Islam is a religion of peace' narrative and have a real conversation about Islam, religion, tolerance, and change. My upcoming book 'Statistic of One' aims to do just that. Stay tuned.
