I earn less than 20k in big MNC as a software Engineer from last 4 year. And i am 29 year old now people can expect what mental trauma through i am going through as a 29 year old techie earning 20k in friend and family what would be my value 😭 I lost my precious time 😭 in confusion, comparison and not having clarity what actually I want. in bihar people only value govt job then i started preparing govt then I saw some glamour in Tech then again started preparation for product based company then again thought entrepreneurship is fine started learning about that Mostly confused and couldn't do anything good and better 😔 Not enjoyed my life much not made friends not full fil parents expectation having so much responsibility now but i can't do anything 😭 as 29 I feel overage buried all my dream lost the spirit like feeling So those who read my comments Having mentor is very important in any stage of life working hard and clarity is the power Thanks soumya you are guiding so much confused techie i wish I could follow you in my earlier car

Feeling Like a "Loser" at ₹50,000 a Month? Let’s Talk Reality
One of my Instagram followers reached out recently.
They felt like a loser for earning ₹50,000 a month.
I was surprised.
How could someone feel this way so early in their career?
Social media has glamorized huge salaries.
It’s creating unrealistic expectations for many.
Yes, it’s important to aim high and grow.
But constantly comparing yourself can harm your mental health.
Even with ₹40,000, you can live comfortably in a Tier-1 city.
Savings might be limited, but it’s manageable.
In software engineering, salaries often grow significantly over time.
So, focus on your personal growth instead of comparisons.
