Awesome timing..i fell down the stairs 8 weeks ago and strained everything but the worst it's my hip flexors..this is just what i need. I've been doing the hip and back ones you already provide but this one will really help the sacrum and hip areas! Sending you much gratitude for sharing your yoga practice with me, your wonderful spirit and your yogi dog! A great big thank you All the way from new zealand 🇳

I am 46, and I have been following and enjoying your content for years. I was recently diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I have to relearn how to move my body so as not to cause more injury. I hope to return to my yoga practice soon. ❤

Yoga With Adriene
NEW! Hip Mobility
Join me for this 13-min yoga practice designed to support healthy hip mobility. Whether you’re seeking relief from tight hips, low back tension, or simply looking to deepen your connection to this powerful region of the body, this session offers a mindful blend of strength, flexibility, and awareness.
Through intentional breath and functional movement, we’ll explore hip openers and stabilizing postures that gently invite release while building support. Expect to stretch the hip flexors, glutes, and inner thighs, while activating the core and cultivating balance, both physically and energetically.
