The youth exuberance of Rajasthan Royals has always paid dividends - grooming a young Ravindra Jadeja, Ajinkya Rahane, Sanju Samson, Karun Nair, Riyan Parag, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel and now it was Vaibhav Suryavanshi! As a 14 year old, sacrificing your favourite food, sacrificing all social life, keeping your head down and grinding hard and working more on your talent.. for many elders, they consider this either abnormal or a deathwish, but yet, he never gave up. His maturity speaks volumes. Something we dreamt as a child and deeming it to be unrealistic as we get older, this lad turned it to reality! He has announced himself in the most authoritative and dominating fashion possible to teenage-kind! This lad has all the shots, especially that lap shot against Sundar and the lofted off-drive to Prasidh, just amazing batting! Truly swashbuckling and record-breaking stuff!! I'm not able to express in words how good this knock is. Say what you may, this is the best batting knock of the 2025 Season and you can't change my mind!!
