Martial arts is all about discipline and self-control in defending yourself it's all about the right techniques in the right movements how you train your body in mind and spirit and soul so maybe life could be better it doesn't make you smart but it does if you think better I just wish I could have had been doing so I can think much better outside and inside at the body in mine all depends on how you use it and how you use it to help your body and mind and soul and spirit it's all about improvements in training the mind especially the mind and Spirit 🥋☯️🙏😌🙏

There’s two different types of karate one from Okinawa one from Japan Okinawa. It’s close app Japan is distance Okinawan is where you get the boards and power, striking and breaking whatever you hit. Thought properly punches and kicks can be extremely deadly.

The question is about the word 'karate' meaning. Exactly it means empty hand. I don't know why someone says 'chinese hand' 🥴🤪. Here is the kanji of karate 空 (kara/sora) = empty, sky 手 (te) = hand 空手 = empty hand
