I’m glad you’re feeling renewed and inspired Tony!! I grew up with my grandparents in 北京/Beijing as well near the summer palace. As a child, they took me there for walks regularly and my Nai Nai/奶奶 made the best 炸酱面 (and many other amazing dishes) 💖

It’s been an emotional few days in Beijing 🥹🥲… I revisited my childhood home, tasted my favorite dish once again 🤤(Zhajiangmian / 炸酱面), and wandered through the same park emperors once walked.
