Start a Satvic Cafè cum grocery shop, like Whole Foods. They have outlets in hospitals as well to give healthy snacking alternatives.

It's only possible if you don't do any work and stay at home full time. Then you have all the time in world to cook this food. For working women it's not possible. We need to leave house at 8 am or even early to reach to the office. And again after office we reach home at after 8 pm. And really don't have any energy left.
