I would say talk about it as an issue to be aware of rather than a legitimate technique and tell the devs your opinion that it hurts the game.

If the problem already exist in comp environment, there is no reason to hide it. Yes, more people will use it, but it's the same with awareness and counterplay possibilities. It's hard to execute fancy moves if someone knows what you are trying to do.

it can't be worse then javelin melee/special spams. Do it! We need a way to fight back!

I say make it so people are aware of it at least or what to do if they see it

I think I might know which move you're referring to, as my boy incummings does it all the time on the eastern server and gets accused of hacks every time he plays. Is the special move the fact that you can pole a vault with the javelin and fling yourself around all over the place

compromise and make a short video showing it off, without elaborating on how to do it. Or show what it is and how to do it, and then how to counter it to make the action more likely to be punished if its something generally cheap and unfun to fight against. If its really that bad also make the video a way to say "hey torn banner patch this BS"

There’s only a small percentage of players that will use this tech. I don’t think it would cause a problem.

Make the video and still get it removed. Give some of us a chance to figure it out and then get rid of it so we have to learn to adapt another way. Plus I wanna know how many cheap “good players” I face lol.

The upside is if more people use this technique, then it's more impetus for TB to do something about it. Too many times issues are ignored because the impact is low. I'd say go ahead and make the video, my reasoning is that you can't stop people abusing this technique but you can help others spot it and then it becomes an even battlefield for all.

When do we get a pillow reveal? I wanna know if it’s stinky looking or not

Make the video, don't gatekeep knowledge. The best way to learn to deal with cancer is learning to use said cancer

I personally report any game exploit, sometimes without telling even my friends, only to TBS. I can only wish my game region is aware of whatever bug you will show and dueling won't become deader than ever

Fuggit dude, show us. Unless it's dash cancel slash spam with the war club, then no lol

Soter Dave
There's a technique that I want to share in the form of a video similar to the Triple Feint and Steve Dodge video, but it's extremely cancerous and generally isn't fun to fight against. Do I make the video, or do I keep it locked up and silently get it patched by sending it to Torn Banner. Generally, I want to be transparent and share all tech that makes its way to competitive, but some competitive players are also saying they don't want to see more players doing it.
What should I do?
