Cholesterol is a risk factor but based on what I've been able to determine so far, it seems to be one of the least important and unless you're in a high risk group, not something to be focused on.

This guy……..I honestly don’t know how anyone believes a word he says. He doesn’t even seem like he understands anything Paul is saying. I did watch the full interview when it was first posted and I just felt like Paul was so far above him that it scares me that this guy treats anyone. Paul, you’re killing it man. Thanks for being authentic and not staying on a bandwagon that wasn’t working for you. And thanks for not being that guy. 😳
