On a classic "Schnitzel Wiener Art," only a bit of lemon juice. Now for a "Naturschnitzel," I like Jägersauce, then Bratensoße mit grüne pfefferkörner, then Rahmsoße, then Paprikasoße. (All of which are good... IMHO.) Outside of if with Weiße Spargel, I can't see Grie Soß working very well.

When I was promoted to the rank of Sargent while stationed in "West" Germany, I was moved out of the barracks and into a Gasthause in Imsweiler. There, I had a stammtisch I shared with a local pensioner. On most nights I was served the finest Jägerschnitzel - it was heaven on earth. Oma, the cook and keeper, looked after me as though I was her own grandson. I will never forget her kindness and caring. Meine geliebte Großmutter, ich werde dich immer vermissen

I do not see a selection for dessert, or beer. My attention span probably is not very good though...:) I did select Paprika, which looked quite tasty in your last video. As I am allergic to Pilz, so shall I pass on that selection.
