Nearly a year, geez. I'm not sure how my followers count didn't plummet.
It's been so long so I'm sure most of you guys don't remember me, and that's totally fine! For those who still know me, I owe you an explanation and what I've been up to.
I've been much more active on instagram and still post my art there. So if you are interested in keeping up on me, feel free to stalk or follow (haha).
I've totally forgotten about the "Draw your oc in my style" event and still haven't completed all of the drawings, but at this point it's too late so I wholeheartedly apologize to those I ghosted.
I stopped working for the game I mentioned last time to focus on my own project which I will introduce in this post.
The mini movie planned was also scrap due to how unmotivated I was. In my slump, I came up with a new story and is willing to see it to its end.
Over the summer, I wrote a story. You can find it on Wattpad with the title "No Love For The Innocents" by TB_Alstar. Please give your consideration for a read, I desperately need feedbacks on it seeing how it's my first attempt to make an actual story. It is a blend between Sci-Fi and Fantasy, featuring an ongoing war between a utopia and a dystopian nation. Also...it's a BL. (I'm planning to adapt it into a Webtoon as well if the story gets enough traction and views.)
But if you were wondering why I left in the first place, it's simple: I was lazy and unmotivated. I made this channel as a way to slowly gain viewership and improve my art skill so that I could begin making mini movies. However soon after actually starting the mini movie, I realized how taxing it was (so really respect to those who make them for a living here). As I burnt out, I figure I'd take a short break from posting and would you know it...it's been almost a year.
Will I return to posting? Not likely but the possibility is always never zero. So I would call it an indefinite hiatus. This was something I should've announce long ago, I'm so sorry.
Regardless, thank you so much to all of you who are still reading this and those who supported me over the years of my time posting fanarts entries here on YouTube. I pray you would consider supporting me alongside my new step as well.
