Darren Lee

I’ve built a seven-figure (profit) business in my 20s.

It’s based on one core belief:

Customer experience is the highest ROI.

I’ve built every single process around optimising customer experience.

Without the customer, there is no business.

Here’s my complete framework on customer experience:

(Voics client retention averages 12 months up to 36 months)

1. Actually Give a F***

Along the path of making money, people forgot about caring.

But when you simply care about your customers, everything works.

You need to feel the pain of their current situation to improve it.

It’s the lost art of online business, to actually HELP people.

2. Allow Customers To Feel Heard

You may know the answer, but you need customers to feel heard.

That doesn’t mean you wash their car for them.

It means you simply respond and listen to people’s challenges.

Voice notes, DMs, WhatsApp calls, etc.

3. Do What’s Required, Not What Asked of You

Everyone moves to the goal at different pace.

High logic customers will spearhead a roadmap.

High emotion customers will need extra guidance.

You don’t follow a SOP in Notion.

You do what’s required.

4. You Are Not Important

It’s not about you, it’s about the customer.

Even if the customer isn’t always right from time to time.

If you can’t embrace that, hire someone who will.

Get out of the way.

5. Get People Results

Results are different for everyone.

Some people want to make $100K/month.

Some people want to publish their first post.

You have to be committed to their outcome.

6. Make Customers Happy

Business and content is tough and sh*t breaks all the time.

If you make people seen, heard and have fun, they stick with you through hell.

(Even if you mess up, which happens from time to time by the way)

Then customers tell their friends and 'randomly' your business doubles overnight.

The customer is the only person who matters.
