@kendobbs4560

I just had total knee replacement and am 8 weeks out. A topic which needs discussion is ulnar nerve entrapment caused from the walker. I am a solid 225 lbs and must have put a lot of weight on the walker. I now have very little feeling in my ring and pinky fingers on both hands. I have been told by my doc it is ulnar entrapment but should go away on its own but don't ignore the problem either if progress doesn't seem to be happening. This conversation needs to be addressed! Thanks, Ken

I’m wondering about getting back into regular exercise now that I’ve started your routine for tennis elbow.? Those activities would be strength training with weights and exercise routines with lots of arm movements. Thanks for any information you can provide.
