After posting the price breakdown video, a lot of people seem to misunderstand how the hourly wage works or just post hate (mainly on Tiktok and Facebook). It's a freelancer wage, it's different from a normal job wage. We don't have an employer, we do all the paperwork ourselves that your employer does for you, which are taxes, fees, insurances, pension, business expenses. After all that I have like 40% left, I don't keep those €60/h for myself. Also I live in Germany, taxes and expenses are higher than e.g. the US, and so are the wages. Average freelancer wage here actually is €102/h, so mine is not that high. And if you overall complain about the fursuit price, keep in mind that bigger makers charge way more than me. My prices are only in the middle. Also not too long a custom fursuit slot got sold for over 60k USD in an auction. I hope this clears some misunderstanding.
