Alright, let’s be honest… summer is basically over.

The ice creams are distant memories, the BBQ is packed away, and the only six-pack most of us saw this summer came straight out of the fridge 🍻.


But guess what?

Hoodie season is basically here (it is here anyway)


So here’s the question: what’s your go-to training style over the winter months? ❄️💪

For me, I’ve always loved hitting the weights hard as soon as the colder months roll in — feels like prime bulking season!


Either way, Monday doesn’t care. The iron is waiting, the pump isn’t chasing itself, and you know the rule… Never Skip Monday.


P.S. If you live in a country that’s warm all year round… we hate you and you smell of poo. 😅

I hate strength and I love cardio. But I am aware strength really paids off in the future... so I guess I´ll try to squeeze 1-2 strength days 🤣Rest will be for cardio: call it Bodycombat, dance, aerobics or whatever

My training style is doing YouTube workouts for strength and for my cardio I just walk around my neighborhood in the morning
