Thinking about grabbing my two MPC eBooks but not sure because they’re based on version 2.0?
You're not alone—someone messaged me about this recently, and I figured more of you might be wondering the same thing.
Even though the current eBooks were for MPC 2.0, most of the core features (like Sample Edit, the Sampler, Looper, Track Edit, etc.) are still the same in 3.0. The layout has changed a bit, and some new features were added, but the tips and workflows in the books are still very applicable.
That said, I’m working on a brand new eBook focused entirely on MPC 3. It won’t be a copy-paste of the old ones—only a few tips will carry over—so if you want everything updated for the new version, you might prefer waiting for that.
But if you’re cool with the old layout and just want valuable tips that still work today, these two eBooks can still help a lot.
