Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics

Ooh another quirky "hot sauce" European beast from the 90s!!😍 Any SAAB fans out there who know how fast this time machine can travel?
Can we bring this BEACHED WHALE back to life under the shade tree? STAY TUNED!! 😎

@TrondMartin

Coil pack on these are a common problem, actually on most of the saabs with coil pack. Grest cars, love em. Started with a 99, then 900, then a 9-5, and again a 9-5, but the latest is factory tuned 2,3l turbo. Can’t wait to see the video(s) Ivan, always educational and fun to look at

Great car. That was very common in Finland. Nowdays rare to see one. Very easy to tune and can handle lot of power.

My first car was a classic 900s with a 5spd. Super cool and quirky car! Can't wait for this one!

Aaah, the Saab Trionic system. It measures the resistance across the spark plug gaps after combustion to determine knock, misfires, and general combustion quality. Pretty awesome.

Great cars-grew up with them. Easy to work on. I still have two. Guessing DIC or fuel pump.

Those B23 engines are pretty spicy. 200 horse I think. They were fast, back in the day

Looks awesome for an older Saab. And a stick too🤌

Nice find!! With a stick!! Awesome! But… It will either make you a good mechanic or make you not want to be one anymore. 😂

Direct ignition… that’s a very direct claim/name….. they didn’t mess around back then ….

The old 9000 Aero was capable of 145mph. Built like a tank and the venerable B234 engine.

One of my favorite cars of all time! I used to have many (real) Saabs back in the day. (Not the GM crap). I’m looking forward to your work on this one!

I had a v6 version. Brilliant car. I think the 4cyl cars were better.
