Flat tinder discs would fit well in the bottom or maybe put inside tinfoil to further waterproof them. You could also do a razor blade or maybe a small knife too.

I built his "survival" tin based on 50 year old memories. It was a fun project to build and share. The feedback from viewers has been great and I'm considering building a more contemporary "modern" Tuna can kit. What do you think? Any suggestions for what to include?
