1000 mg vitamin C, 5000 iu of D3, 50 mg of Zinc, 500 mg of Quercetin. I have not been vaccinated and I have not had Covid. I have hugged at least 4 people at different times that had it. Maybe I'm just lucky but I swear by those vitamins.

Sorry about that. My wife and I had Covid, we both were ill for 5 days before we started feeling better. he cough hung on for quite a while still has a bit of a cough, nearly a month after. Sorry we a sorry your under the weather a hope for a quick recovery
