Any of those buildings in a silent forest are insanely scary.

Schools and hospitals feel 'haunted' during late hours, even when they aren't abandoned. While visiting a tourist trap, I was told by locals to visit abandoned churches if I wanted to go somewhere actually haunted.

I chose hospital, but a silent forest can be spooky too. I love woodland when it's not completely silent

Definitely Hospitals.....It gives creepy vibes at night even if it's not abandoned

A silent forest in the daytime just feels kinda "eerie" rather than feeling haunted

Any place that was once filled with life is creepy when abandoned. That's why dead malls are so popular

I worked in a Hospital for a short time and while I was guarding the baby floor I saw a pen move on it's own. The way it moved it was like someone was trying to pick it up becsuse it didn't roll it moved straight back.

Forests aren’t silent unless a predator is nearby.

I have this massive sports hall in my school. going in there with the lights off is like going to another dimension. even with the lights on it feels scary because you never know what could come through one of the 4 doors

my school doesn’t have to be abandoned to feel haunted in the daylight, i can already feel the corrupt and evilness just by looking at it

Silent forest, the sheer expanse and isolation of it.

Since 1993 I've worked in buildings that were built back in the late 1800s. Churches, schools, offices and residential. Every now and then I would get an uneasy feeling for no reason. Overtime you get used to it 🤔

I've been watched in a forest that went completely silent. Nothing compares.

Hospitals feel haunted even if it’s not abandoned no matter the day. Idk what it is, but I always feel watched or a sudden coldness but only on one side. They are just so uncomfortable.

School or hospital wing for me hospital comes in first because I had to be in an abandoned part of a hospital for security it was scheduled for demolition for a new upgraded wing. Even with someone with you or on radio it’s still unsettling.

Been in hospital wings after hours, it's nothing compared to a forest that suddenly goes quiet.
