thats KIND of true; bulking isnt applicable for fat people (duh) but to say that bulking is stupid isnt quite right. bulking should only be done IF youre skinny, because trying to build muscle on your maintenance calories as a skinny person is like trying to push a 3 ton boulder off a cliff
