I was kinda disappointed by how they treated Ash's Charizard during the Black and White era. I mean, bringing him back after all that time training, and he didn't even get the chance to show off his true potential. They should've brought him back during the XY era in my opinion.

Charizard is real og, he has been with Ash from almost very start, he was very helpful in winning his first league - Orange league, he also defeated Magmar, he has seen losses and wins with Ash, he has been with him in his ups and downs. Greninja is also good but Charizard is easily Ash's best pokemon after Pikachu.

Both are wonderful Pokemon, but personally; I feel like Greninja had a better character design, character development, backstory, and bond!!!! I wished that Greninja had returned to Ash’s roster for the World Coronation championship battles replacing Dracovisch!!!!
