I started my fast just after you started yours. Monday will be 14 days, but I'm now drinking bone broth and pineapple juice. Just by adding the broth and juice has given me energy and clarity. Stay strong but please do more than water.

I wish you all the very best in your journey to find better health through this type of fasting. I believe you wouldn't be doing this without the knowledge and support of your loving family and community. I recently watched a documentary created by two brothers who helped eachother during their journey of 40 days of fasting. 20 days of water fasting and 20 days of juice fasting. Maybe you have heard of them: Sinclair and Saxon Fischer-Grey. I believe that our bodies are incredible machine that can heal itself naturally through the stages of fasting. Sorry, but this reminds me of someone who is dealing with Anerexia. You don't want to eat. You have fasted before, and it really hasn't changed anything. It's a temporary fix. Finding the right doctor or healer who can weed out what you eat that is giving you the pain that you have. If you survive this and I pray that you do Im afraid it will permanently damage your body more. This will not only hurt you but your family also. Don't take this as criticism. I dont know you or your family but I watch your YT channel. I will pray for you and your family.

I know you post these videos a week or two late so I actually searched obituaries on google. Pretty risky choices and nutrient deprivation never made healthier cells. Bio energetic scans and targeted detox methods work so much better. You my friend are digesting your muscles just to keep your heart beating. Hope you survive this insanity.

From what I read on Mr Google pants it's very dangerous to fast for forty days at your age. Even with a doctor's care it can be fatal. I'm out. With everything that is going on my nerves can't take it. I don't understand why you are doing this and why you would risk your life this way. I feel sorry for your wife and children.

Stay safe, take care, look after yourself!!! All I ask is, "How do you know that you haven't fasted long enough now? " I hope you're doing it under a Doctors supervision. After you finish you will be very weak and water, will maybe burn to drink. Please be careful! No judgement just concerned!

Hey ya’ll, I rarely leave comments on videos but I need to for this. It’s your body and your choice but if I were you I would check out block therapy and stop chasing pain here on YouTube and on their websites, they have programs you can join as well. FASCIA!! Is literally connected to everything in your body, your toes are connected to your head, it’s pretty incredible how the human body was designed. Fascia that needs attention causes pain and after your shoulder injury it’s not surprising that your pain levels have shot up, and yes hurting your shoulder can cause pain in other parts of your body. Our nervous systems need to feel safe, and stressors do the opposite of that, fasting, sauna, cold plunge can make things worse if your nervous system is under too much stress. It’s all dependent on the person and your bodies needs at the time. Imagine eating whatever the heck you want and not worrying that it is causing issues…you can start fascia work now, immediately and notice a difference. If there are layers of pain it may feel better in one place and feel painful in another, follow the chain. And it can take time and patience depending on the person. And lots of fluids are essential and love for your body with breathing. The two channels I mentioned will teach you that. You may notice itching or a heating or cooling sensation when releasing fascia, that means it’s working, it has opened up flow and our bodies need everything to keep flowing freely. Fasting could potentially be good for some in certain circumstances, seems to me your body wants some attention and care instead of deprivation to help with your pains. And it’s ok to have pain, it won’t be there forever, our bodies have to communicate with us somehow. And if you aren’t already spending time barefoot on your grass each day…like hours to see how you feel the next day and going forward, it’s impressive the difference it makes, seriously! Also as someone with a special nervous system, magnesium daily as glycinate and malate are well absorbed, the stuff in element should not be your source for magnesium, do at minimum 400mg daily up to a good 800 which I would def start with. I use NOW brands and Seeking Health brand. Rebecca I assume you will read this and research. Guys fasting is not the cure for everything that some want you to believe. Calming herbs and adaptogens, Dr. Buhner the Lyme expert has books with herbal info and even a section for pain and all of the other sources for herbs would be awesome. Actually Kaylee with The Honeystead just dropped her new herbal book! I do think the fascia work could be a turning point here and all of these things are part of the big puzzle. You can look into TRE as well, it’s something new I found TRE stands for tension/trauma/tremor release exercise, it’s pretty stinkin cool and powerful! Breathe and allow the release of a painful life and have faith that your body is capable to miraculous healing and wants to feel good. Good energy with lots of love, light and prayers to you all.

I just think anything in excess is not healthy for you. Go back last 10 years yes you’ve had moments but you’ve been extremely unhealthy. And that’s just what u choose to show ! Be smart brother
