@mandyD

Our solved/convicted rate here in South Africa is between 12% and 20% ☹️

In New Zealand the solved murder rate is 85% .. And the actual murder rate has declined by 43% since 1990.. I wasn't aware of these stats until now.. thanks Navi for making me check. Well done New Zealand!!

@Crystal_Blue_Persuasion

My little N. Idaho town lists 3; 2 solved. I remember the unsolved case occurred during a time of upheaval in local law enforcement; a cop was suspected by the community but he's since passed away. Where I lived in NW Alaska had 16; 13 cleared.

Michigan, Indiana and Illinois all touch each other... I'm thinking it has more to do than just the area having lousy detectives!

@NomadBeadz

60% for me. I'm not surprised considering the blatant corruption going on in several counties, three of which are within a 20-30 minute drive from my front door. Thank you Navi.
