44 and got serious about working out 4 years ago. One kid in college and one in high school so “finally” had the time. Best shape of my life and your videos helped. Found them about a year ago. Love the science based info as I am a published scientist as well. Thanks for the help!

I'm turning 48 this year. I started exercising for real around three years ago. I'm in better shape now than I was in my early 20s cutting down Body fast percentage from 25% to around 13%. Your Videos help me a lot understand on how to train smarter.

I'm 27 and feel stronger, fitter and healthier than I did when I was 18, I know I'm not old yet but I honestly don't see me slowing down until I'm in my 60's. I've been following one of your 4 days a week workout programs and I'm seeing good results so far.

I started my journey at 49. By 57 was macular , dropped body fat and build strength . And yes , my kids see my waking up at 5am, rain or shine or no matter how I feel and I am at the gym. I eat very well, my kids see that too. My son stopped coke , sugary snack and process foods. So it really does happen.

"Too many men wait for the perfect time to start taking care of themselves," says who? Where do you find this absurdity, haha?🤣 Men don't WANT to wait, we're just stuck raising children, working one or two jobs to sustain ourselves or our families, going to college, growing our business...working, teaching, learning, grinding, etc. We men are only valued for what we produce. If we don't produce, then society, women, family, and friends won't see us as useful. We have to prioritize THESE things FIRST, before we can carve out time to exercise. You have the luxury of time to exercise, great, but don't assume that every man has the same resources and leisure time that you do! Try using empathy b4 making assumptions

Too many men wait for the "perfect time" to start taking care of themselves. They talk about getting in shape, getting stronger, setting an example—but they never take the first step.
If you're a father, your kids aren’t just listening to what you say.
They’re watching what you do. Do they see a man who makes excuses, or a man who leads by example?
A man who stays strong, disciplined, and capable—not just for himself, but for his family?
Being 40 doesn’t mean it’s all downhill. That’s a lie weak men tell themselves.
The truth?
You can build muscle just as fast as you did in your 20s.
You can torch body fat, get in the best shape of your life, and prove to your kids—and yourself—that age is just a number.
But it starts with action. No more waiting. No more talking. Be the man who steps up.

Let’s get to work. 💪🔥
